ORDERS

  • Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order.
  • Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
  • You may send an order back for an exchange or store credit only. No Refunds.
  • We process orders within 24 hours Mon-Fri on all EU non-holidays.
  • We do not offer any price adjustments once an order is shipped.

SHIPPING within Greece

  • Orders processed and shipped Monday-Friday only by SPEEDEX courier
  • No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays
  • Any orders placed after 12:00 pm, please allow us 1-5 working days
  • All orders with any Pre Order item(s) will be held and shipped together on the date listed for Pre Order arrival.
  • We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
  • You will be emailed your tracking number, if your order is eligible for one, as soon as your order ships.
  • Lookseri is not responsible for tracking any orders that have been shipped. Please check the provided links for tracking information.
  • If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any orders shipping outside of the EU)

  • Lookseri is supported by DHL courier
  • Lookseri has no control over what your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees.
  • Lookseri is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged for Shipping or Processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to Greece, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.
  • We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
  • We do not deliver to any P.O. Box addresses. If your Billing Address is a P.O. Box please enter it, but also provide a physical address for shipping.

Payments in lookseri.com are gathered through our payment system which is connected to Alpha Bank and Paypal

Cash on delivery payment method is supported within Greece only, ‘SPECIAL OFFERS’ category is not included.

RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT DATE, in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013)
  • Store credit does not apply for items ‘ON SALE’.
  • Items ‘ON SALE’ category can only be replaced after request via email. Non refundable.
  • Items on SPECIAL OFFERS category (incl. Black Friday, Bazaar, Special events, FLASH SALES) can not be returned or refunded.
  •  Shipping charges, cash on delivery fees or credit card feed on returns are not refundable.
  • Pieces must be completely unworn and in the original condition, packaging with all labels intact. Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. Please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund if it’s clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you.
  • Merchandise returned for replacements are subject to full inspection.
  • If an item is delivered defective, not in the colours described or is missing parts, a total refund (total purchase price + original shipping) is eligible
  • There are no replacements on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  • Without full tracking we are not held responsible for returns.
  • All return packages are to be fully insured.
